RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy carefully before you purchase your products so you are aware of how our policies may affect you.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at natalie@inspoinfo.com. 

Where a return is requested due to you changing your mind, you will be required to pay the postage costs to return the item.

Where a return is requested due to your item being damaged, defective or wrong, you will not be required to pay the return postage costs.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR THE WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged or defective in some way our Returns & Exchanges Policy allows you to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, however, for a quicker resolution we strongly recommend you  contacting us immediately upon your order arriving so we can resolve the issue for you quickly.

Please contact us via email at natalie@inspoinfo.com and provide us with photos of the damaged/wrong/defective product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We aim to get back to you with a resolution within 48 hours.

We will ask you whether you would prefer a refund or to have a new product sent to you.

PRINT COLOUR VARIATION IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

The colours of your printed apparel may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to several factors, including screen settings, fabric type, and the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process. Unlike digital displays, fabric absorbs ink, which can result in slight differences in vibrancy and tone. Darker garments may also require a white under base, which can affect colour appearance. Our supplier does their best to ensure accurate colour representation, but small variations are normal and do not affect the quality of the product.

EXCHANGES (FOR A SIZE CHANGE ONLY)

At this time, we only offer exchanges where you need a different size to the one you ordered.

Please note that you will need to cover the postage costs for the item being returned for exchange.

If you have ordered the wrong size please contact us at natalie@inspoinfo.com within seven (7) days of receiving the item and request an exchange and the new size you wish to re-order.  We will supply a returns shipping label to you and once you have sent the item you will need to provide the postal tracking number. Once we have the tracking number from you, we will process a new order for your replacement item and supply the tracking number to you.

If your new order is being shipped within the US or UK we will cover the postage costs. For any other location you will be required to pay the shipping costs.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding our 7 day returns and exchanges period, if your item has been shipped in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As for all returns unless the item is wrong, has a defect or is damaged, it must be returned in the same condition you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
