Thank you very much for shopping at INSPOinfo. We appreciate you need to know how the delivery process works so here you will find those details.
Your shipping costs for a product will be shown on the product listing page once you enter in your address to the address fields displayed. The delivery time will also be displayed. If you are buying more that one item your total shipping cost, and which is based on weight, will be shown at the checkout.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It takes 3-5 business days to fulfil an order, after which it's shipped out.
The estimated shipping times are as follows:
UK: 1-3 business days
Europe: 6-10 business days
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 8-10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8-10 business days

ORDER FAILED TO DELIVER – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not received your parcel, before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
+ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
+ Ask your local post office if they have your package
+ Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
Shipping Address Correct: If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at natalie@inspoinfo.com with your order number.We will find a resolution for you and cover the costs of a new product and shipping.
Shipping Address Incorrect: Contact us at natalie@inspoinfo.com and let us know the correct address. If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of a wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to the return-address on the parcel. If the address details you supplied were incorrect then we will ask you to cover the shipping costs to resend the item to you.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
